.AUDA has grown towards western sides after 2009, hence the villages in the western periphery becomes of utmost importance. AMC area is sprawling towards the shela village in the western periphery and it being out of the AMC area. SWM is left to AUDA and Gram Panchayat. The condition of SWM in shela is being deteriorated due to a lack of coordination between Gram Panchayat and AUDA. it considers SWM as one of the basic requirements in DP but only caters to growth centers and urban areas. It caters minimally to all the rural areas.
