Improving Solid Waste Management in World Heritage City

The studio aims at developing city infrastructure plan of an area. For the studio, area selected for preparartion of city infrastructure plan is world heritage city, Ahmedabad. For developing infrastructure for the study area various sector were taken into considersation which were WASH sector, Local economy sector and heritage and tourism. Under various CIP individual project were identified based on the issue identification project prority. This project aims at solving the issues related to solid waste management in the study area thorugh improving the collection efficiency and bulk waste management and through this improving the image of world heritage city.
