Residence and Homestay

The residence, homestay and studio are located on a beach in Kochi where the main climatic concern is high humidity. Keeping that in mind, the building is designed in a way that there is ventilation through all spaces. Taking advantage of the sea-facing location, the spaces are provided with views. The arrangement of the blocks is such that a semi- open space tunnels in the wind which rises above in the central courtyard.
