The project can be described as  an open space connecting the river Yamuna and the J.J colony which evokes the past associations with the land.
Landscapes are not mere assemblage of physical features; but a reflection of human activity and is inspired by cultural values and associations. The character of the landscape with respect to the space, thus reflects the values of the communities that have shaped it and continue to live in it.
The aim of the project hovers upon bringing back the past associations of the native land which over the course of time has faded primarily through displacements. It also envisions to create multiple pockets/spaces that reflect the essence of the memories which eventually motivates the users to connect, experience and evoke a sense of belongingness of the place. This might be the catalyst that helps in reconnecting the different communities and the neighborhoods which were there in the past.
