Work Breakdown Structure: it will provide brief about the project , during the construction and post construction phase it will give update of the progress of project process which leads by contractors and design team , Project Quantification: it will contain information about the take-off for various trades and will contain estimate summary and area sheet. The back-up sheets will also be provided which will help the client understand the method used to derive the final estimate. Logistics: it will give information of the construction phase through descriptions will proper understanding and logic or reasons consider behind plan . Quality Concerns: in certain phases require more attention and clarities of qualities and for that detail concerns for the contractor and its team , it give key points while executing on site for better qualities of infrastructure. Appendix: it keep information in details of all the trades to set of drawings (MEPF) including bake up sheet .
