The Sancheti hospital is spread across an area of 11000 sq. mt. with an existing fabric of residential and commercial buildings. JPS is glad to enclose here our proposal and the project manual for Sancheti Hospital for Specialized Surgery requisite by Dr. Kantilal Sancheti. JPS is proposing the design-built delivery method and guaranteed maximum estimation method. The quantification of the project is done using the Bluebeam software. The overall project cost estimated by our firm is 11.26 crores.
