Commercial + Residential Project

This studio focuses on the execution phase of a construction project, where we were assigned a live commercial + residential project to undertake our observations and analysis, from the perspective of a contractor of the project. This portfolio includes some of the analysis which was conducted through regular site visits, for various domains like quality, safety, cost, and risk management. Apart from this, the methodology of planning & scheduling, lean principles, contract administration, material management, green building rating system was also understood. Therefore, the execution, monitoring, and controlling work of a construction project was learned thoroughly throughout the studio.
