Commercial Tower Project

This Studio emphases on Execution phase of the Construction Project. This portfolio is study of the execution and monitoring of Commercial Tower at GIFT city. The analysis cited in the portfolio are a result of the observations made on a live Construction site. The topics covered in the Portfolio is- Pre-Construction Activities, Pour planning, Quality management which consists of Control Charts, Ishikawa Diagram and Histogram, Cost Management comprising of S-curve & Job Cost Report then Safety Management and Lean construction, which is one of the pivotal part of this studio.
