Commercial Tower Project

The objective behind this studio was to perceive various management aspects of execution, monitoring and control on construction site. The topics covered in the portfolio briefly are Pour Planning, Formwork Planning, Quality Management, Earned Value Management, Primavera Risk Management and Safety Management. Linear Responsibility Chart and Cost of Quality were also covered in this studio to understand the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholders towards quality and emphasis was laid to invest in total quality management to reduce quality failure costs. Other exercises undertaken in this studio includes Site layout Planning and Analysis, Contract Administration, Cost Management and Lean Construction.
