Commercial Tower Project

This studio was aimed at understanding the various aspect of Execution, Monitoring and Control which required observation, analysis and application of the practices to add value to the project in terms of Quality, Safety and Cost management. Focusing on the execution phase of the Commercial Tower, a few of the studies that were carried out such as triple role concept, contract administration, concrete planning, economic order quantity, job hazard analysis and foreman delay survey are demonstrated briefly in this portfolio.
