The Project is an Industrial plant set up for the manufacturing and supply of noodles. The studio focuses on the aspects of time, cost, quality, and scope by analyzing the project based on three main principles of execution, monitoring, and control. The current portfolio analyses the project on the aspects of Planning and scheduling, Material, Cost, Quality management, Contracts Administration, and Lean principles.
