Greenfield Industrial Project

The greenfield industrial project is a large scale noodle manufacturing plant in an Ahmedabad GIDC. The current scope of work focuses on construction of the manufacturing plant and its supporting infrastructure i.e. Phase 1 of Project. The studio Focuses on the monitoring of execution phase of project. The portfolio, displays certain aspects of the studio learnings such as Pre construction activity, Planning & Scheduling, Job hazard analysis, Quality management, Material management,  and Progress tracking of project.
