Introspection is self-contemplation; self-examination; the contemplation of one’s own conduct, thoughts, desires, emotions. How often do we take the time to be introspective?
For some of us, not very often. We only look in the mirror when we have no other choice. We would rather look elsewhere to find the cause of our stress, our discomfort, our problems. Introspection through movement via spaces. Interior spaces with framed views and comfortable ambiance act as spaces for introspection.
These spaces could be a bathroom with a view or a terrace where one can walk freely under the sky. Spending time in these spaces is like being at peace where one can think over the whole day that was full of ups and down. An introspective space is the one where one can sit and get lost in his thoughts. These spaces not only allow you to think but also witness something serine and calming. While introspection on inside and reflecting outside .These spaces can be a place to sit and explore something new too like doing yoga on the terrace or any other leisure activity one enjoys. These spaces are suppose to confine and unconfine at the same time giving us endless opportunity to explore the space
