A comprehensive methodology has been followed to enhance the knowledge with respect to the real estate market through market study, its trends, land potential analysis and developers and buyers survey. The information gathered is used to develop a financially viable and implementable project beside Dastan Circle in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The objective was to understand the greenfield private development on R1 & RAH zone, along the S.P. ring road, in Nikol Kathwada (East of Ahmedabad).
