Optimizing Variations & Integrating the Unbuilt

Dwellings are the most closest spaces to humans. Human needs are manifold and each user group is distinct. The "Humane Habitat" design offers an array of variations in unit typologies so as to enable the user group to choose the right unit that best suits their lifestyle. Single story apartments and duplexes are offered in this project. The unbuilt open spaces are the gateway to diverse range of amenities. Neighbourly interaction and chance encounters have been optimized by creating a collective and integrated network of open spaces.
