In our everyday life we come across places having varying degrees of life. The intent of the project was to transform the place in Shimla, having less degree of life by making a water pavilion. The existing sloping site conditions are used to make pavilions of varying dimensions at different levels that allow water to flow through them and eventually get collected. The three pavilions are built around a chowk type of formation having water channels running across the place with a fountain in the center and this entire space is meant to function as an ice skating ring in winters.
