Professional Training

The goal of this training was to understand and learn various activities performed in the civil industry. The professional training offered the understanding and learnings of a project management consultancy. Further, the report consists of various tools and techniques, and tasks performed at a PMC firm. It consists of the task performed during the training and key learning outcomes, with implementation of data processing and project management techniques as a part of learning using existing data. The portfolio consists of briefs, however, the report consists in-depth analysis and content.
