Envisioning Ahmedabad 2070 : Paving Way Through 2041

The Development Plan of Ahmedabad is underway for 2041. However, this development plan should be made in accordance with the fact that Ahmedabad is a nationally recognized location for trade, commerce and industries. Apart from its city-level attribute of a business hub, its surrounding neighbors : Sanand, Kalol, Bavla, Chhatral, Changodhar, Kadi, Viramgam including Mandal-Becharaji & Dholera are being turned into heavy investment regions at the national level. Therefore, this proposal for DP 2041, envisions Ahmedabad in 2070 as a globally recognized destination which should be strengthened to cater to the challenges that come with it.
