The Development Plan Studio was introduced with a case study of the Planning regime, Development Plan and Transect study of students own city due to pandemic situation. This study helped understand its requirement and importance. After this study, The Rajkot city was introduced to study for the preparation of the Development Plan. Through this process, all the requirements of DP, such as road network, zoning, infrastructure and Development control regulations were studied and proposed for Rajkot DP with phasing and costing.
