Cordial Park

The design is established in the well-exposed site of Dada Saheb Na Pagla in the University area. The idea of the built form is to let in the two larger groups of the neighborhood coherently, which are students and residents. Hence the functions such as co-working spaces, cafe acts as secondary nodes to the larger ideal creation of performance space, where spaces tend to rearrange themselves in porous and amalgamative manner, thus creating new notions into the mundane spaces. Public space gravitates people to meander within the formal-informal setting while keeping the site edges out front to soak in the surrounding.
