Sargam - The Home of Saptak

In the dense & diverse fabric of Usmanpura, Sargam becomes a new home for Saptak.With a beautiful backdrop of a Heritage Structure ,the intervention  potrays itself as a new performing center for Classical music and its performances,creating a collaborative platform for performers and visitors from all over the city and country. Saptak and its well known festivals being the foreground along with the sense of association with the art form which the community is thouroughly familiar with, gives a whole new outlook to the intervention. The project is not about Revival of the area but Reconfiguration and Reimagination with Saptak.
