Slum housing projects demand a lot of flexibility and social character to suit the lifestyles and changing family needs. The cost-efficiency of a project does not only depends on the dense fabric of the units. But using climate and material as a strong factor in design too can bring a significant amount of change in cost over a long period of time. This project aims to use these aspects as a driving force along with socio-cultural character to bring together a cohesive design.
