The Sail

The design concept is a response to the site, as the site is located near the riverfront, the design of the building is inspired by the sail of a Boat. The larger Idea was to retain the visual connection from a pedestrian perspective as it is important due to surrounding low-rise structures The placement of each tower and the slopes are designed in a such way that each tower has open space around them and has a clear view of the river.
