The Social District - Urban Covalence of Vertical Living

The project aims at creating a social district at an urban level with the covalence of public realm. Integrating residential and commercial use whilst creating both public and private streets is the key focus of the project. A well-structured transition of formal dense arcade retail shopping street to a more organic open trail towards the riverfront is achieved. The project attempts to create a journey of an array of experiences at regular intervals while living in a high-density CBD of Ashram Road.
