In the beginning, the studio is divided into 2 modules. Module 1 was sub-divided into 2 parts identifying different waste materials of different industries and identifying embodied energy of different building materials. Module 2 was divided into 2 parts dealing with the replacement of TMT bars and soil stabilization using waste materials. After, mid-sem for the final project; the challenge took up was to find a solution for the problems faced by FRP industries using coconut shells, banana fibers, and resin.

In module-1; part-1 we identified different industries and its waste materials generated, disposal method and reusability (if any).
In module-1; part-2, Problem statement given was to find the embodied energy of different materials used for making of 5*3 m wall at CEPT University. For, this glass granules are used.
In module-2; part-1, Problem statement was to find an alternate for TMT Bars using natural waste product. For, this jute fibre was used.
In module-2; part-2, Problem statement was to find use waste material for soil stabilization.
After, mid-sem for final project; the challenge took up was to find a solution for the problems faced by FRP industries using coconut shells, banana fibres and resin.
Here, trial 1 (Only resin) and its observations is shown.
Here, trial 2 & 3 (Replacing resin with sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide) and its observation is shown.
Here, final trial 4 (Using resin and standard sand) and entire procedure of casting the panel is shown.
Different finishes which can be obtained using further process or during casting is shown. Along, with conclusion and applications.
This slide shows an alternate application i.e. as a cladding tile is shown in a 3D sketchup model.
