Creating a retail plug-in, in between the old city and new city. The recreational hub consists of Retail and food which provides a vibrant experience for the locals, passers-by, tourists, travellers. Townhall flyover covers the space as an envelope which involves elemental designs :
Multiple transitions and their culmination create various focal points which guides us through the length of the site and its various zones. Each of these transitions have a different identity with respect to the built structures overlooking them, material and their textures, surface deviations etc.
Transitions can be seen in the activities they comprise of, everyday users comfort themselves with these site elements as their own, and use them as per their need which is also enhances the complexity of the site.
Layering of the components together brings in a vibrant and active surrounding, which engages the users and pedestrians to gather around.
