Architectural Conservation - Bela Market

Bela Market is among four markets that once existed in Bela village of Kutch district. The studio process begins with making documentation drawings, using 3D pointcloud data collected as part of 3D4Heritage_India project. It is followed by value assessment and condition assessment. It concludes by proposing design interventions and maintenance plan based on conservation approach. The proposal's intent is to revive the market area by reviving crafts that Bela village has lost.
