In the modern economic capitalist Society capital plays a dominating role in the production of space, But how these places Survive for a long time is my concern in the study. In an Active public place, two types of activities exist, Necessary Activities and Supplementary Activities. Where necessary activities have a permanent place or fixed infrastructure while for the non-necessary activities the infrastructure is like a blank stage waiting for the performer to perform. The multimodal hub at Kalupur station further explores the idea of fixed and flexible spaces at a different scale to create a place for the city of Ahmedabad.
