In an attempt to construct new meaning and form of great emerging public spaces in the city, the study challenges the lack of consideration of temporal dimension of space and aims at dissecting an urban space with respect to the dimension of time. The proposed architectural intervention revolves around a pair of urban plazas – one catering to the neighbourhood and the other catering to Central Business District (CBD). Temporal structures cubical in form act as the key infrastructure supporting multitude of activities throughout the day. These flexible spaces are carefully inserted accentuating the journey of the commuters whilst also connecting the plazas and the railway station.
