Ventilation Strategy for a modular vacation home

This semester as a class, we had to build a modular vacation home where each student was responsible for designing a particular system of the home. We had to understand the system received and its dependencies with other systems to design an optimal solution. The system that I received was Ventilation and HVAC. With research and understanding of different kinds of cooling and ventilation strategies, I devised a strategy of using an exhaust-only ventilation strategy and ventilating walls and roofs to reduce the building heat gain.
