Institutional Residence Project

The staff and faculty Housing project is chosen for the study purpose. The execution phase of the construction project is examined by collecting the data during site visits which is analyzed with different concepts, tools, techniques, and discussion with the site personnel which enriched the studio experience. The different deliverables like Preparation of 3D revit model, Quality management, Planning and scheduling of reinforcement, Inventory management, Risk management is included in this portfolio. The type of Project is Institutional Residential with the project cost of 110.45 cr. Type of control is lumpsum based and project is expected to complete in sept-2023.
