PRECAST HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

This studio focuses on the construction project execution phase, where we were given a live  residential project to observe and analyze from the perspective of the project's contractor. Some of the analysis for several areas such as quality, safety, cost, and risk management was undertaken through frequent site visits and is included in this portfolio. Aside from that, the methodology of planning and scheduling, lean principles, contract administration, material management, and the green building rating system were all comprehended. As a result, the studio learnt in depth about the execution, monitoring, and management of building projects.
