For this Construction project execution monitoring and control studio, a residential unit project with a budget of around 103 crores was chosen. Practical learning on a variety of Topics  linked to the execution process was carried out through regular site visits and engagement with site stakeholders. The aim is to get a complete grasp of controlling and monitoring procedures and their implementations on-site, as well as to identify areas for improvement to make the project more successful, efficient, and cost-effective.
