The Samabeong Tea bungalow is covered with tree on all three sides and is placed towards the North-east side of the site periphery. The concept is to create an asymmetrically balanced composition, the site being unbalanced on the site level and building level can be balanced by creating a symmetrical line between the nature i.e., tree in the surrounding and the built form i.e., the existing and the proposed.
