The Congrutent

This studio dealt with the study of different origami tessellations and kinematic systems. Working and studying through  deployability in nature to house hold objects to case study of large scale structures improved the understanding of these mechanisms. With the learnings gained, a resting shelter for construction site labourers was designed. Drawings, 3D digital model, 1:10 scale physical model and STAAD analysis on the structure were the outputs from this studio.
