Architecture Studio & Residence by Innoverte Studios

This project is located in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad and is a residence for the principal architect as well as the main studio/ office for the firm Innoverte Studios which was established in 2017. The office houses 17 employees and the residence is for the principal architect only. The ground floor includes the office while the first floor comprises of both the office and the residence. The office follows an open plan compared to the residence as it encourages the employees to interact with one another. The estimation method used in the project is Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
