Located in Candolim, North Goa, the site, a 150-year old Goan Portuguese mansion, is secluded from the main street, a 5 minute walk away from the beach. The proposal for this property is to design a stand-alone fine dine restaurant, cafe and bar, as there are very few of such spaces in the vicinity. These are essentially independent spaces which are linked together by the central courtyard and the concept that binds them together. The concept was to design a relaxing space, hence, the name, 00:00, zero o’clock. It means a fresh start of a new day bringing a sense of comfort and relaxation.
