Rodrigues Heritage Homestay is located near the Candolim Beach in North Goa. The neighbourhood has many tourist accommodations, retail outlets and F&B outlets which follow a similar style. Introducing a different experience and cuisine will create a new culinary landmark. “Ambrosia” is an F&B space comprising a Fine Dining Restaurant, a Bar and an outdoor Barbeque casual restaurant. The target audience include tourists from all over Goa, people in Goa for staycations as well as local residents. In the F&B space, a luxurious ambience has been created by adding opulence without overpowering the character of the existing built form.
