ARCHITECTURE OF PLAY

Children | Play | Physical Setting: Play Value Assessment of Ahmedabad's Outdoor Public Playspaces The DRP intends to develop a play value evaluation tool to better understand the relationship between architecture and play activities by researching outdoor public playspaces in Ahmedabad's urban setting. The study is carried out by identifying the correlation between architecture and play activities using an assessment tool generated from observational mapping and documenting users' perceptions. The play value evaluation tool developed in the future will aid in establishing of greater play value outdoor playspaces.
