Enhancing Urban Learning and Capacity Building in India

Asymmetricity in urbanization, weak municipal finances, infrastructure deficit, and lack of institutional capacities pose a problem in efficient governance and delivery of services in India.
Urban learning is an essential aspect of digital governance that must be addressed as the utmost priority. The roadmap of training that leverages the existing digital governance framework is a dire need of the urban domain. The research develops this idea  after exploring the implications of digital governance, its exiting tools and then superimposing the same on urban learning and capacity building. The use case of NULP is establish the principles drawn from the research.
