Workspace must help people to communicate and collaborate effectively and enhance chance encounters. In order to be effective, people need workspaces that support both collaboration and individual work and are designed to easily shift between between two modes. Integrated with up to date technology which enables effective and facilitates best work. Flexible working allows people to choose their hours and location, hence the layout also needs to be flexible to adapt easily to the changes where and how made by the people work. Furnishings will easily move to allow spaces to expand and contract to support or accommodate different sizes of groups and activities. In response to these activity heavy areas there must be some quiet areas for focus and concentration. Amble lighting, comfortable-ergonomic furniture and biophilic environment is important for health, productivity and well-being of individuals.
