Engineering Sustainability: Sustainable Dwelling

For this studio, documentation of my dwelling was done, and was used to understood how the dwelling performs with help of a software called IES VE, in the given conditions. Post understanding the dwelling and the way it behaves in terms of thermal, & luminous performance, the dwelling was then considered to be in isolation, and once again analysed the short comings of it in the new conditions. Post analysis, numerous interventions in terms of passive and active design strategies were tried and tested to optimize the building and make it more sustainable.
