This studio largely focused on four different types of materials: wood, plastics, glass, and ceramics. In which the process of studying each material began with research into the material's properties, applications, and manufacturing process. After the research is completed, the focus shifts to looking at various types of building products to see how the material is used throughout the product and attempting to understand it through product drawings. The images below provide an overview of the work completed this semester.
