Property tax is one of the most potent sources of revenue for Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in India. Property tax recovery is one of the most challenging tasks for the governments around the world and India is no exception to it. This project aims at preparing an geo-enabled integrated property tax database and improve the efficiency of the property. The introduction of geospatial technologies to the existing databases will simplify the assessment and management of property taxes and also improve the tax collection process. This project aims at preparing an geo-enabled integrated property tax database and improve the efficiency of the existing Property Tax Management System with the help of GIS.
