Towards Liberal yet Monitored Planning Approach

Our approach towards the development plan was liberal and market driven. The idea was to leave it on to the market to decide what comes where, after demarcating the crucial areas like eco-sensitive zones, industrial zones, agriculture land and heritage. Our priority was to conserve the environment and generate economy by adding more economic drivers to the city and utilize the existing resources to the fullest.
