The Development Plan Studio course was structure to understand the process involved in creation of a Development plan for the year 2041.  In this course, the city has been studied through site visits, stake holder interviews, spatial mapping and literature studies. The city has liberal zones for development with Ring Radial Road network and the iconic BRTS for public transportation. The city records low per capita open spaces. Hence this development plan focuses on developing a sustainable city with compact development zone, robust road network with public transportation and Integrated Blue green development.
