Sustainable, Equitable & Livable Ahmedabad : DP 2041

The studio aims to develop a Statutory Development Plan by examining various approaches to zoning and planning with development control rules and regulations. Because it was an iterative process, the result was multi-layered. Ahmedabad, which is located on the banks of the Sabarmati River, is one of the fastest developing cities in the country and the largest city in Gujarat. A new development plan is in the works as the present one approaches its horizon year. Ahmedabad Development Plan 2041 focuses on a diverse economy and planned expansion to create a sustainable, equitable, and livable city.
