To guide development in an orderly fashion, the most important tool is a development plan. It is a guide to merging different sectors and provides a comprehensive plan for development. This studio exercise of preparing a Development Plan - 2041 for the twin cities of Bharuch and Ankleshwar is also aimed at integrating different sectors to produce a comprehensive plan.Bharuch - Ankleshwar are twin cities located in the western state of Gujarat. The region is known to be the biggest chemical zone in Asia. With the special investment zone, it is a hotspot for investment.
