Based in Rajkot, this housing strategy studio is needed to create basic housing profiles related to urban needs, demand, and supply patterns by analyzing different forms of primary and secondary data sources. This portfolio aims to develop several strategies to empower the market and help provide housing that expands choices in Rajkot city's housing market. The purpose is to furnish the students with skills and tools to build future growth scenarios related to future needs and demands based on socio-economic and spatial growth patterns - a valid foundation for optimizing the transaction process and costs for converting land into built-space.
