32% of energy consumption in commercial buildings in India is attributed to HVAC Systems. These systems primarily cater to comfort conditioning and in some cases application-based conditioning. An in-depth understanding of the systems and the underlying concepts enables us to make these buildings energy efficient and thermally comfortable for occupants, mitigating the harmful impacts on the climate. Here is a compilation of a few of the works done as a part of HVAC Lab to broaden our comprehension of the concepts and applications of HVAC Systems.
